survivability while grinding ghosts

600mp, leg mithril golem pet, 2/4 crimson 2/4 sa and giant sword.

finally got 2 pieces of crimson and wanting to properly get into ghost grinding. im ironman and grinding for the plasma for the 455 but im having trouble with surviving down there. i can 6 shot with mastiff / pooch but 4 shot with crimson gs but i die pretty quick before i can get dominus all the way up.

any tips to help?
