Two options, both of which will work equally well. Hypixel is unreasonably laggy, and there's evidence to suggest that it's an optimization problem, not a compute problem.

1. Make your net code open source on GitHub. Not the plugins for the games themselves, but just the server code. You have a huge community of talented programmers that would be happy to help optimize your code.
