They removed mana regen from the blood donor line

Okay so
the entire time the blood donor line has been out it's shown this (recombed)

This has been in the game for 2 years
and the mana regen worked
then with the release of galatea the mana regen stopped working on it
thought it was one of the many bugs in the update yk
but then in today's alpha
