Hiho, its paid but i think you didnt read the entire overview right he said its 'paid' as a way to receive donations but the plugin is free itself if you read the overview you'll see this

anyway thanks for bringing the plugin most of people must be like you and not see that its free, theres the link as i gave in the review here i got from the plugin spigot's overview
