Trying to get back into playing once in awhile but don't know what to grind for progrssion.

I wanna keep grinding on my main from years ago and came bac not too long ago and don't know what to grind. I'm not a fan of foraging and farming and already have mining 60. I do some dungeons occasionally for fun but get bored quick because there's no goal in mind i just enjoy 1 shoting everything. Any advice on how to progress and what to grind would be helpful. thanks!
