Unable to log into Skyblock for the past few days

I've wanted to get back to sb after completing my exams, but I've had issues logging back in for the past few days
It says "java.net.ConnectExeption: Connection refused: no further information: [a bunch of numbers]" whenever I try to connect to hypixel

afaik this problem came about around 1 week ago, before that, when I tried to log in, it was normal
I also have problems connecting to other multiplayer servers. All I see in the "Play Multiplayer" option in the launcher is "Can't connect...
