Uncommon Party Hat should give Social Wisdom

Uncommon Party Hat: Grants +0.3 Social Wisdom per pet level (in addition to its existing effects).

Why? Because it's funny, and kinda fits in with the party theme. And Social is an annoying skill to max if you aren't popular. Yes, it's cosmetic, but some people like maxing it anyway, and it also grants some small cosmetic perks.
