VERY high ping for unknown reasons.

Recently my ping has SKYROCKETED. Im normally on 150ms but now whenever i even try to play the game my ping ranges from 8,000 to 20,000 as shown here: Skytils » 19721.4 ms. below is some info on what could help to fix maybe?

i dont overheat, i play on a laptop, and i clean it regularly. i play on wifi since my ethernet port is broken.

I would appreciate the help.
