What are the most proffitable minions out there?

Hey! I'm looking for THE MOST proffitable minions out there. Here are some rules to set the baseline:

1) Infinite budget
2) No slayer minions
3) No Red sand/Mycelium minions (due to reputation requirements)

I am willing to log on every 24-48 hours, and also refuel. Best results I got were T12 sheep + Berberis + SC3k + Tasty cheese + Farm crystal + Beacon, earning me ~ 475k/day. I think if i replaced the Berberis with flycatcher, i'd get even more, but 25 mil a minion was not really...
