I'm working on trying to get a mining setup rn but I'm not trying to grind commissions just dailies and I can't invest in anything before getting a mining setup, I'm really just bored as after doing dailies I'm stuck on what to do, I can't do dungeons rn its too laggy cause I'm in oceania, I'm waiting for mayors to do skills such as foraging, alchemy, slayers, etc. And I'm definitely in no position to do kuudra or get eman 7 or anything really, should I just do skills regardless of the mayor...
