What if you made the foraging update strictly off of recycled mining content?

With alpha on 1.20 or 1.21 with private testers, it seems promising that the foraging update might be on the horizon. I've decided to make up an update, not what I think it SHOULD be, but what it would be if they recycled mining content as foraging content.
