What to do when misstating bug reports?

If I accidentally mistag (make a bug report for say the wiki when I mean to click the forums etc), is it more helpful to remake the bug report with the right tag or to just leave it and hope it’ll eventually get passed onto the right team?

I suspect I just remake it but I don’t particularly like the idea of clogging the system unnecessarily so I figured I’d ask people who report bugs more often for confirmation.
