What's a good way to make money with a 450k budget? (I'm willing to invest the time for 100k more if needed)

so i've been getting into combat, and I wanna say two things:
1. ****ing endermen is boring.
2. Endermen don't make me money. They make me pain.
i've already tried fishing, farming and mining and I don't enjoy them, and I don't know how to feel about foraging so I would assume combat is the only non-repetetive way to grind. I'm open to fishing, farming and mining as long as you have an enjoyable strategy.
(I'm tryna get dungeons, don't tell me to do that unless you know it's a good strategy...
