When can i start using money/items that i transferred from one profile to another

So i have searched a lot and it seemed that you are able to transfer items as long as you delete your old one which is what i want to do since i do not really like my old co op and would prefer to go solo now. The question is when can i start using the items like golden dragon/hype or coins which are mostly the things contributing to my net worth. Since it is derpy am i able to use those coins to hit alchemy 50 on like a new profile or will that flag and get me wiped instantly
