which mining (setup, enhancement, gear) should i use?

the last time I play Skyblock is 3 years ago, since then a lot of things has change including talisman update. Right now I have around 51mil, where I want spend it on mining gear. My HOTM is T4 which idk is suitable to mine in ruby area. *i do not have mining set nor correct pet* the only thing i have is mithril golem, Glacite armor, ruby drill with (mitrill infused fuel tank + mitrill engine)
