Why are Retired ADMIN items not part of Skyblock? - Game Idea

Thought Process:
I love the way the admins were able to take an already existing element of the game, via the "Dctr's Space Helmet", and once Dctr retired were able to add an unsigned version into the game that is obtainable through normal gameplay. This is brilliant since an aspect of the game that holds a unique "skyblock lore" or depth to the game was able to be made available to the general public at a later date, when the item no longer fitted the purpose that it was originally...
