Why do ppl choose easy/medium themes in Guess The Build?

Why do ppl choose 1 or 2 point themes rather than the 3 point theme every time?

There’s no reason not to pick it, if you think you're opponents are so bad they won't guess it, then spell out the theme by building letters (ppl hate it when you do this but it's not against the rules).

On a similar note, where are the intermediate GTB players? It seems like most are either really bad or really good (gtb mains).

This arguably makes the game better as there's more theme variety and 1v1s are...
