Why does Hypixel have terrible customer support?

I've been playing Hypixel on and off for around 5 years now and one issue always is glaring at me. Why is Hypixel's support/customer service so horrendous. Anyone that's ever had an issue and has contacted support has seen firsthand how ridiculous it is, and how useless they are. If any other companies support was like this (ex, Google, Amazon, Valorant, Fortnite) they would have no players anymore.
