Why few guys get winstreak above 20 in sumo and classic?

Days ago I saw legit players gaining a win streak of 50 quickly within an hour after the leader board refreshed.
But now 3 hours after the board refresh but people only get around 20.
Did all legit players get bad network, cant ez combo their enemies into void or they just dont have enough time and let "chea**s" go on?
Praise to simulation dog, its the best update for this server, at least for sumo duels.
