why is foraging fortune important also how do i get 4min contests

helloooo

i have ~200 sweep and hotf4, the best armour/equip /axe with boosters and the reforge but no recomb or gemstones. my davids cloak gives 72 sweep, (im hunting 15 so pretty sure this is max i can get for now)

why is foraging fortune important? i swear its only useful if you want collection or money, and the collections easy to max and the money sucks. does it secretly affect agathas contest or something?
if it does then ig the second question is useless, but how do i get these 4...
