OPEN Why is it not working? [HELP ME]

I downloaded a plugin on this website called
vehicles

I cannot spawn any cars and i'm in the right version.
can somebody help me?
It worked on my previous server but now on my new its not working!

Try this using this

Cars.overrideWorld

the world might not be allowed yet... I am not sure. But give this perm to all the usergroups and see if that works.
