will they ever add server regions?

Mainly title but me and my friends are getting fed up with constant high ping, low tps, random kicks, its genuinely unpleasent as a experience and cant do anything about it. Worst part is that to my knowledge the player base is very English base so theirs tons of players from EU and OCE so it makes sense if they add mini servers of regions.

If they ever gave a reason of why they wont do it, please give me a link cus im a person who to be convinced with a decent argument
