Xenforo Email Confirmations not sending

Hello, I have downloaded Xenforo 1.5.4 from BSMC yesterday, I set everything set up but I realized that Email confirmations do not work. When I resend them it says that it's sent successfully but I get nothing in my Inbox or spam/junk.
DemonSphere told me I need an email server but I have no idea how to get one or set one up.

Hey, I am not that experienced in this field, but i'll give you what I got.

Go to your admin panel, the 'admin' in the top right corner of your homepage of xenforo.
Or you can use your domain (www.domain.com/admin)

Admin CP -> Home -> Options -> Email Options -> Email Transport Method

Go to there and try this guide:
