you logged in from another location bug

(sorry for my bad english, im french )
i bought a new pc few days ago and when i switch my minecraft account to this new pc, the message " you logged in from another location" appeared every time i tried to logged in hypixel. I changed my microsoft password and still got the message. I also tried to log in 1.16 and it worked. But the 1.8.9 doesn't let me log in the server which is bad beacuse it is the best version to play.
How can i fix the problem ?
