custom mobs spawners spawn really really fast . hope u fix this

It is a good resource, but it doesn't work to me. It enable, but then says "AdvancedSpawners disabled". Maybe you can help me! It's a good resource. I'm using git-Paper-31 (MC: 1.15.1) and have ProtocolLib, Vault, and HolographicDisplays installed.
