• Fix | Solved issues with arenas entering their next phase when a timer is enabled.

• New | Added a warm-up delay between phases! You can now specify how long to wait before entering the next wave. To use, simply write the following option to your arena yml file, see below.
• New | Added Spanish translation! To use it, set "Locale" to "es" in settings.yml.
• Fix | Solved Prefix in settings.yml not being reloadable within the plugin.
