How i can upload the template?

Convert it to ZIP file then upload it on the on the design section.

i cant seem to upload it its giving me some error and i tried copy and past only some txt came up

You need to copy and paste each file...
There is not other way from what I know, you can try and contact CraftingStore support.

One question how do I upload this theme?

I haven't done that for long time but you can do it by uploading the files to Design section > Themes > Upload it.

If it didn't work let me know.
