Library I'm using for anvil gui had an event listener for an event that doesn't exist in 1.8. Fixed this.

Hello everyone! I was notified of an issue with the recently added anvil gui input. Players were being charged the XP cost listed on the GUI.

Since I was using someone else's library for the anvil gui, I can't just fix the problem. I would need to dive in and figure out how it works before I can fix it which would kind of defeat the purpose of using someone else's, or just create my own.

So, since this is an issue that can't just be put on hold, for now I have replaced the anvil gui with chat input.

I also changed the logging to save in folders with each trade being a its own .json file.

A change I made accidentally removed functionality for running /tradeplus reload in console. This is now restored.

TokenManager's offline mode is now supported by the TokenManager extra.

This update brings a long-requested feature to Trade+: Anvil input.
All extras now support typing a new value instead of incrementing.

To activate this change, load the server with the new version installed. Then, change the value "mode" under each extra you wish to change from "increment" to "type". Change the icon display name and lore, then reload config!

If you haven't made any significant changes to your config, I would suggest simply deleting the TradePlus folder and allowing the plugin to reload the config with the new features. I also changed the default icons, making them prettier.

This version also comes with fixes:
- Fixed typo in default tokenmanager extra
- Fixed error in blocked item code
- Fixed material incompatibility that broke the plugin in 1.7.10
- Tightened up the click events a bit to avoid possible edge case errors

This update includes a new method of finding material names between versions. Should fix a number of issues people have been experiencing, including the problem with other player's trade items not showing up.

This update fixes some crashes that could occur if the configs are missing options.
