i want to create some item set for every ranks. which can't use by another ranks or lower ranks.
anybody know a plugin for that?

Do you mean kits? If so, you can do this even with just Essentials

I know how to use kit. but i don't want player who have donate items give them to another player. can i add permissions to an item. so players must have that perms to use the item.

Any suggestion? please...
