OPEN Kingdoms plugin cant be loaded

Whenever I start up my server, kingdoms doesnt work. In the console it says Kingdoms.jar cannot be loaded. Here is a picture of it - http://imgur.com/gallery/rUGDk

You need to update to Java 8. As stated in the plugin requirements:

Java 8 and above is needed
