Hello I am getting this error when attempting to purchase something with paypal:

• ErrorException: Fatal Error: XFA\Core\Service\PayPal\AbstractExpressCheckout::__construct(): Failed opening required '/home/xxxx/public_html/forums/internal_data/PPConfiguration.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php72/root/usr/share/pear')

Would be grateful if you knew how to fix
