Birth of Novus

"I can do this... I can do this... I can do this..." David muttered nervously to himself as he began cutting into the cacoon housing Novus.

The time had come at last. The Great Spirit Novus was to be born. The time-travelling Hero of Legacy had arrived to help deliver this newborn being into the Overworld, and that was what he was going to do. After overcoming the Guardian of the Sorrows, he had entered the entity and found himself in a mysterious place that housed the cacoon holding the soon-to-be born deity. He readied himself for what would come next. The corruption by the dark forces had caused much damage to the cacoon, and it was likely that Novus had felt it. If it deemed humanity to be a blight on the world, he would have to do everything in his power to stop the newborn god-something he wasn't even sure was possible.
