At the very beginning of the Clone Wars, it was believed that artillery, orbital strikes and rocket and bomb attacks from the air were enough to break through a well-fortified enemy defense. After that, the infantry, with the support of repulsor tanks and walkers, will be able to finish off the weakened enemy. But life has made its own adjustments. Not everywhere the nature of the terrain or urban development allowed the use of tanks. And it was not always possible to use artillery everywhere. To break through the defense, soldiers in very strong armor were needed, because soldiers in ordinary light armor (light in protective properties) suffered unreasonably high losses. That's how the so-called blaze trooper appeared.
