How long does it typically take for a account upgrade to go through? I bought Ultimate a day ago.

It takes 24 - 72 hours for ranks to be give, as all rank are manually verified.

I had the same question as well.
Just another thing, if I buy all of the other ranks as well, would that perhaps increase the speed at which I get processed at?
