You need to be way more specific. Also, if it's a custom plugin, probably not. The way that they get plugins is buying them on SpigotMC, then removing piracy checks for us (thanks )

I'm sorry, but we can't provide "custom plugins" (= plugins that are not available on spigot)!
If the server files are private you will not find that certain plugin anywhere! I would suggest that you try to find some look alike plugins on spigot
