Bedwars exp update and how it can be fixed

Hey everyone! as much as i would love to hate the new update to the bedwars exp (which i do!) i can see the potential and want to help out to fix it!

first things first i would love to say to change it back to 25 exp per minute like its always been, theres no reason to change it and for us players to play with 15 exp is annoying. that being said we cannot allow the players to just farm exp off of us so this is what i think should be done!
