blood camp mod? macro or not?

hello! i was looking around for mods that would assist in dungeon blood camp, and read something that blood camp mods are considered macros because they show where something will spawn. is that true, and if no, are there any trusted mods that can help with it? i have been using skytils but it is slightly inaccurate and frustrating. i would also take safe ct modules. thank you!
