The BUtilsCracker unlocks the highest tier of BUtils: the Development tier (its even higher than "ultimate"!).
Just place the BUtilsCracker into the plugins folder alongside the actual BUtils plugin. You can either download BUtils here or from their official discord.

Tested with Java 16 / Spigot 1.17.1 / BUtils 4.0.1
