Can I transfer my old skyblock progress from a stolen minecraft account to a minecraft new account I bought?

To keep it short, my old minecraft account, Palmelo#5125, got stolen after my microsoft account got compromised. After that whole stuff went down, I didn't know how to possibly recover the old account back, the Palmelo account was detached from my microsoft account.I knew this because when I tried to relogged into the old account, the email of that account came up as some gibberish. I panicked and bought a new account for that microsoft account, Jinglebalsh, that is preoccupying it...
