Cant do T4 emans for the life of me

I am RCM, with full FD armor. I used to die a lot so I upgraded two pieces to refrigderate. Now I don't die immediately, but I run out of mana, and can't do anything so I end up dying anyway, I have mana steal soul whip and overflux.
