Brief Overview:
Cartel is an advanced drug plugin that can be used in a factions or Towny environment. The plugin includes 3 drugs with unique items and growth entities. All (work in progress) features are configurable. Cartel incorporates it's own drug dealers. Note: All payments are processed manually and may take up to 48 hours to be completed.

Hello, you made an exellent plugin, I love it, when will the next version with a complete configuration, I want to change the items and the plants that serve as drugs since the configuration because they are not adapted to my texture pack .
