AWAITING RESPOND Constant Captcha Popups while editing/posting a resource

While editing, or setting up a resource to be posted, I constantly get captcha popups, which, when completed, redirect me to a page like this:

Also, if clicking x on the popup rather than doing the captcha, when you need to use a button (post resource, insert something etc.), the captcha popup will come up again, except this time there is no captcha

I'm not using a VPN or anything

Sure am on HTTPS, also using adblock if that makes a difference
