Could I be that my plugins are not connecting to Black Spigot's servers?

Are you using JDK9? If so there might be some API features in that plugin that were removed in JDK9 and displays that warning about the missing features.
(Take this a grain of salt because this was researched for a while on google.)

Try downgrading to JDK 8, if that doesn't work then it might be an issue with your host or the plugin itself.

@Ragnar Lothbrok Actually yes. What @Demonsphere said what right! I realized this when my Java 9 was glitching out my plugins and my server itself. It was quite odd indeed. Also, Java 9 randomly deleted itself after I restarted my pc which made my server stop working as a whole. So, all in all, I just downgraded to Java 8. Thanks for the help!
