RESOLVED [DENIED] Make BlackSpigot’s list of blacklisted plugins public

With the many issues I’ve had with my blacklist, I think it should be reasonable to have a list posted as a thread/wiki to let everyone know which plugins they are not allowed to post. This would benefit on the staff team side as many have to directly contact WifiSpy to get this resolved.
