did i just find another foraging bug (kinda minor but annoying still)

disclaimer: i only found this just now and it may be a one-time bug but

steps to reproduce:
1. beat log collection personal best during starlyn contest
2. leave server before ending of starlyn contest
3. return at a later time after the ending of starlyn contest

result: your log collection personal best will not be saved
minor, but very annoying if you happen to be going for 100k collection
