I would suggest you use a different skywars plugin from the resources here on BSC

I would, if any of these would be reliable and as feature packed as epicskywars. LeakSkywars does not work on 1.9.4 completely since it requires a sign plugin for players to join a game.
SuperSkyWars is buggy, latest reviews also confirm that on spigotmc.org

And the rest of the skywars plugins here.. outdated and worse than free skywars plugins out there.

Well, version 2.3.0 is available here: link blackspigot!
But it's not the latest you probably can't do nothing with it! on spigot 1.9.4

I've tried 2.3.0, and yes, it unfortunately does not work.

So what i would advise: 1) search the plugin on leakforums under minecraft
2) Another option would be to lower your spigot version!
3) If you didn't find a solution with options 1 / 2 and if you are really keen on getting the plugin, i would advise you to actually buy it on spigot!

Leakforums doesnt have it and i will not lower spigot version since i like to b eup to date with stuff. Did the buying thing with EWG, no more.
I guess i'll just wait for a miracle to happen ^^

Did you buy a 40 dollar plugin?? My opinion on buying spigot plugins => if i buy something around 7 dollars or more, i don't leak the plugin because of leak protections / the possibility to get banned!
Maybe contact WifiSpy (owner) if he got the plugin! Good luck!
