OPEN EpicSpawners not working

• What is the problem: When I download the plugin, and it into the plugins folder, restarting the server, it doesn't load. It doesn't appear any ERROR in the console. I'm running a Minecraft server 1.12

Are you using good version of that plugin? because you´ll need 1.12.2- no 1.13+

Make SURE you have Arconix downloaded. Every Epic series plugin needs that plugin to function, if you can't find it PM me and I can give it to you.
