"Garden Visitors Served" Skyblock XP task is impossible to complete

It is currently impossible to max out the "Garden Visitors Served" skyblock XP task. This task gives +3 XP per milestone of unique visitors, up to 96 XP at milestone 32. The problem is, there are only enough garden visitors to reach milestone 10, which grants only 30/96 of the XP, with 66 unobtainable ghost XP.

To fix this, I can think of 3 potential solutions:
1) Make the maximum milestone milestone 10, so that the task displays as only offering the 30...
