Help with master mode

Hi rn I’m Cara 33 archer 29 mage & tank 28.

I got neuron and beheld with a term, storm and wiggles with a hype, and reaper mask half necro lord and gold or boots.

I’ve been able to tank m3 just fine and my clear has been fine too but I wanna get into the higher floors.

What cata do I need for m5 and what class should I play?

I’m ima clear with term so also any upgrades like the order of master stars and flawless would be helpful thanks
