1. You should only pay mangement side who provide and have a big proportion of your server.
2. bribing players with paying weekly and for certain things they do is a little childish. as stated from 1 you should ONLY pay staff that are a big proportion of your network such as Admins, developers and managers.
3. Weekly payouts isn't bad but you need to keep money to keep your server/company running instead of paying staff weekly.

I am not here to trash your ad or request. I am here to point out some flaws.
